Asanas is the third limb of Ashtanga yoga system, practiced to attain the Supreme. Sri Patanjali is the one who
propounded this system of yoga. Though the process of Asthanga yoga to connect to Lord Krishna is very difficult to pratice in this age of kali but asanas and pranayamas are beneficial in keeping good physical and mental health. Around 21 asanas were taught in the course which could help keep fit to practice Krishna consciousness. Every day in the morning around half an hour was allotted to practice the asanas. Interestingly, the children were able to do many asanas with much less effort.
